Parent Evaluation of Summer Camp

My child was enrolled at the CLC for camp session(s):

Based on the experiences of my child and myself at this camp program, I am able to say that:

My child’s teacher knew and cared about my child and responds to her/his individual needs.


I felt comfortable and at ease leaving my child here each day.
